1 cup spelt flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp pink salt but I like a little pinch more
1/4 cup sugar, we use coconut
1/4 cup brown sugar or more coconut sugar
6 T milk of choice, we use almond
2 T coconut oil
1/2 t vanilla

Grated citrus zests

Ginger mmmm it’s like gingerbread then

Nuts, seeds, dried fruit

Jam …. into the middle like a jam drop

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius fan-forced
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, create well and add wet ingredients to form a dough.
Knead with hands as the warmth from your hands brings it together perfectly (and also adds the love ❤️).
Roll into balls, push down with slightly damp palm.
Bake 11-12 minutes on the center rack. When golden on base, they're done.
Cool on tray for 5-10 minutes. I’ve usually eaten I mean, tested a couple before that time. 😜
